Wow, it’s been a transformative year. When I’m in the thick of things, it's hard to appreciate that a year ago, Cohd was a one-person operation.
Now, we have four amazing Cohd facilitators—Erin, Sara, Jackie, and Javier—who aren’t just delivering the Elevate Program, but are deeply invested in making it better. Mckinley, our business operations partner, has given this company (and me) a level of structure I never dreamed of. Daniela, a graphic designer and creative, somehow lives inside my brain and sees and delivers my vision of the Cohd brand so clearly. Isaac, the architect of our incredible new learning portal, makes sense of my streams of consciousness and executes everything beautifully.
They are the reason this year has been so transformative. This team is what has given me permission to dream bigger and commit to creating more Elevaters™.
And it’s only getting better from here, because we’re growing in 2027!
One Degree of Separation
Which brings me to you all. The folks on this newsletter are the closest to our mission. Most of you are clients or participants. You know what we’re up to and the impact of the Elevate Program.
I have a theory that the new team members we welcome in 2027 are one degree of separation away. Elevaters attract elevaters, and I believe our Cohd community knows some incredible people who would love to work on our mission.
So, I wanted to share who we’re looking for, and see what sparks.
Five New Cohd Certified Facilitators
We’re opening up five spots in our 2027 CCF Cohort. There are so many incredible coaches who do great work. We’re looking for just five who connect with our toolkit and are energized by our approach. Coaches who love working in a team setting and are craving a team dynamic themselves.
Our coaches are independent, but we work as a community to grow ourselves and our businesses.
Head of Business Development
We’re committed to supporting our coaches with a strong pipeline of clients aligned in building harmonious, resilient cultures of human development.
And we’re looking for the right person to spearhead that effort. Someone excited to create a playbook, build relationships, and sell a program they believe in—one that makes people and organizations stronger and more aligned with how they want to operate.
This is a remote position, but we prefer Kansas City candidates. We have strong momentum there and would love someone on the ground to help it grow.
If you feel like a fit, reach out! Or, if you know someone who would be an amazing addition to our Cohd team, don’t hesitate to share the openings!
I’m always happy to connect directly, share more about the positions, and answer any questions you might have.
I’m excited to see 2027 unfold!
